Catering

All food served at the in-person conference is vegetarian and made from local produce. The Hilton donate any leftover food to OzHarvest that deliver direct and free of charge to charities nationally.

Virtual options

To help reduce the carbon emitted by air travel, we offer a virtual ticket option so interstate and international speakers and attendees can join from their home location, without traveling to the event.

Recyclable event materials

Event badges are made from non-coated paper and lanyards are made from recyclable bamboo. Both are collected at the end of the event for reuse in 2024. Signage is recyclable and made from eco-friendly materials, with repurposed framing to reduce single-use products.

Reducing waste

We ask all our vendors and partners to help us reduce event waste by reducing hand-outs and using non-disposable products throughout the conference. TRANSFORM is also a no-paper conference.

Offsets

We take all steps available to us to reduce our carbon footprint upfront, what can’t be reduced is offset by credible, authenticated offsets, courtesy of our Renewable Energy Partner
